They are "scented to neutralize ordors, sanitary & convenient, and environmentally friendly". They have tie-close handles.   Shipping We ship to the United States only.  We ship through United States Postal Service- 1st class mail. If you want your items shipped through another service, let me know, and the appropriate charges will be added. We ship Monday-Friday. Your item will be shipped within 48 hours after your payment clears. We love to combine shipping. If you are bidding on another item, let me know before I send your invoice. Once your invoice has been sent, I cannot combine your items. I will combine shipping for the highest shipping price and then $2.00 for each item after that. We are not responsible for lost articles after we mail them. Also, please remember that shipping costs include the cost for postage, evelopes/boxes, and delivery confirmation.   Payment We currently accept PayPal and money orders.  Payment must be recieved within 48 hours of the end of the auction.
