Description
New 1000 yes 1000! Cotton Buds Choice of colours, blue, yellow or white. No, sorry there is no pink. Endless uses for baby, you and the rest of the family! These are brand new. As you can probably tell photography is not my strong point but honesty is, so if you have anything else you want to know? Just ask. IF you have any problems with any of my items just let me know immediately and I'll sort it out. I have 1600+ feedback with no negatives because when occasionally there has been a problem I have always sorted it out! (I guess I was tempting fate putting that on all my items! So now I have 1800 feedback with 1 negative from a lady who thought free collection meant free delivery and was most upset that I wouldn’t pay £5.80 to post her 99p worth of books!) (Now I have 2000 feedback and thanks to the Royal Mail strikes, a second negative but as I have explained to the buyer, I cannot be responsible for Royal Mail. However I will always do my best to secure a refund from them for lost parcels though they are not the fastest of machines at paying out!!) Please note all Parcels posted through Royal Mail are insured for up to about £30 so for most of my items further insurance is not necessary. BUT it is only the cost of the item that is refunded NOT the price of the postage. Whilst I think that is unfair that is Royal Mails' policy. But I feel it is only fair to say that apart from around the time of the strikes last year they have only lost two parcels of mine - that's not bad really. Please note I always try to post on the day or the day after I have received payment but life happens and so that is not always possible, but I try my best! Please also note about once a month I am often away for a couple of days midweek, usually from a Wednesday to a Friday usually with access to a computer so I can probably answer queries etc but I’m not able to post on those days. Sorry but these are my respite breaks (I have 2 disabled children) and absolutely vital!! My P&P charge is about 50p more than the actual postage charge to cover packaging etc. More if it is a delicate item and needs bubble wrap as it is expensive to buy. I try to be fair about postage. (I have made errors in the postage quotes, particularly because of this new large letter/ small packet system. My mistakes work both ways. Swings and roundabouts. I apologise if you are a roundabout …. Or is it a swing?) Some good news is that if you buy more than one item (in UK) from me I will usually reduce postage costs. So if e bay doesn’t combine postage automatically, ask for an invoice, that way I can combine the postage costs. (The main exceptions are things that weigh almost 1 kg going second class, as Royal Mail have a policy that anything over 1kg cannot go second class. So I have to post separate parcels anyway. ) But for several smaller items, especially those automatically invoiced by e bay, this sometimes means you get a reduction AND I can post them first class. Just be assured I will do my best for you. In the past I have enclosed cash refunds in the parcels when new/naive buyers have paid too much. Again it's that honest streak in me! I'll never be a millionaire. :-) Thank you for looking and happy bidding. Diane J On 22-Aug-07 at 17:00:37 BST, seller added the following information: dlf4852 Store
