I have a busy schedule with 3 small children so this is when I can get to the post office. All of my shipping costs include delivery and confirmation. I try to make all of my shipping percise, but sometimes I miscalculate. I also combine shipping on items. Any item over 1 purchase, I charge an extra 1.50 for.
