I will include a picture of the table top.  Otherwise, perfectly distressed condition!! The table is 24" x 21" and the chairs are 22.5 inches tall.  This set is designed for little ones 3 years and up but if your kids are anything like mine they will start enjoying it way before that.  Each chair holds an astonishing 220 lbs. so mom and dad can enjoy the tea parties too!   Don't miss this one!
