They CANNOT fall out! I was super impressed with this. I purchased the tray that fits on it so that he could learn to pick up finger foods. It is a terrific accessory and adds a new use to the chair. My son spit up frequently and the Dr recommended sitting him in this to help with that. It did! This seat will come in the orignal box. Would make a great gift for someone.
