If your item included a choice for fonts and you do not specify which font you would like we will use the default font for that item. Each item description shows the font options if available. We currently sell to people in the USA and some of our items ship to Canada. Please check each listing to see where the item will ship. We charge a flat rate for all of our items. Product prices do NOT include shipping costs. We use several suppliers for our items so shipping carriers and times vary per item. The common carriers used are UPS, FedEx, USPS. We do not ship COD and cannot mail to P.O Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery. We do not ship to APO addresses. We accept PayPal for all of our items. Defective or Broken items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your item. After this time we can’t honor any claims.
