Standard features on the City Elite include Baby Jogger's patented Quick-Fold Technology, a lockable swivel front wheel, adjustable handlebar and a raised kicker to accommodate smaller children and allow access to under seat basket. Also included are a plush padded seat with a 150 degree recline angle and ventilation seat top with weather cover, universal accessory mounting bracket, 12" wide tread quick-release pneumatic tires for all terrain strolling, and a six pocket parent console. The Elite's multi-position bubble canopy incorporates clear view windows and side ventilation panels that secure with magnetic closures. Like all Baby Jogger products, the City Elite is ASTM safety certified.
