Description
to The Vintage Nursery **** where Hopestillfloats presents A 1950's Nursery Jar Set in Original Condition This set is perhaps the best I have ever owned. For those of you who know me, that is saying a great deal. As the pictures will attest , this is a brand new, vintage baby jar set. It has never been used, but is truly a 1950's piece. There are: 3 jars with lids; a rectangular soap dish with lid; and a wicker tray with a wooden bottom. The following pictures are detailing images of the individual items included in this auction. As you can see, there are no damages to the glass in this set. All writing is in tact, as is the artwork. Any areas of imperfection are the result of those who orginally made the item. Notice that the jars are sparkling clear and their tops are a lightly frosted finish. This is a much desired look. Also, notice the wicker tray - it is lovely. You will find no damages there either. The bow on the tray handle is even the original that was there when the item was first purchased. I hope I have addressed any questions you might have. If not, please email me and I will answer. I I appreciate your dropping by The Nursery. If you have any questions please ask me. I will be happy to answer. I hope you will return often - I will be listing new things regularly! I prefer Paypal and ask that you pay within 3 days of auction's end. I would also ask that you contact me - actually just respond to my email so I know you are alive! Also, please, please, please wait for my invoice before you pay. By doing this you will be assured of not overpaying shipping costs which are not accurately determined until the end of the auction. SHIPPING COSTS: Unless I state a handling fee, I do not charge one. The USPS provides most boxes and tape free of charge and also picks up the packages from my house so I do not see any reason for a handling charge. Glass items require bubble wrap, peanuts, etc. and they are not free so I have to charge a small amount for them if I don't have any on hand. I will let you know if this is the case. Bored yet? Almost done! I will do my best to get your purchase shipped out in 3 business days, but if it takes 4 have a heart, please. Thank you for your patience!
