There are 126 different fabrics on the top with no repetitions. The back is made from 2 different fabrics which also make a pleasing design. This quilt is 36 x 42 inches. There is no batting in this quilt. The flannel pieces are small making more raggy seam. That makes it heavier and warmer without the batting. Nothing to shift or move around. I have made quite a few of these quilts for gifts and they are always the most popular gift at baby showers. It's the gift that gets the most OOOH's and AAAH's. This item is ready to ship and I am a fast shipper. The flannel is 100% cotton and washes up easily.
