The rear tires are new -- purchased in May of 2008 and the stroller was rarely used after they were purchased. The stroller has many added extras as listed above that retail for approximately $300.00 total (purchased separately from the stroller) and most of the items HAVE NEVER BEEN USED! SHIPPING COSTS are now free! Delivery method will be UPS ground estimated to arrive 6 business days after shipping. The frame of the stroller will not be taken apart for shipping for ease of use upon arrival and to ensure that no pieces are lost or damaged in shipping. (The assembly on this product as it arrives from the manufacturer is lengthy and complicated.) The stroller will have the wheels removed and all items removed from boxes to accomodate shipping --- the items weigh a total of 38 pounds and may come in two boxes to ensure the safest shipping possible.
