The only major cosmetic issue is that the foam on the crossbar is missing. I know that you can order a new crossbar if you want, but I've found it to be a purely cosmetic issue and didn't replace it.  The manual is also included for assembly and instructions.  Using this stroller was extremely easy.  The stroller is light, easy to steer and does not take up a lot of space in public places.  The larger wheels have a small shock absorber system and the smaller wheels maneuver the stroller quickly and efficiently.  The car seat is in great condition with normal wear and tear, has never been in an accident, and meets all current  safety standards. If you don't want the car seat, I will reduce your shipping charges at the end on the auction.
