It comes with the bassinet, bug net, rain cover, maintenance kit, instructional DVD and booklet. There are a few cosmetic flaws. It has some small black spots on the canopy and the bottom of the seat. The spot I have pictured is the worst part of it. The other spots are hardly noticeable unless up close looking at it. I have tried washing the canopy, but have had no luck in getting them out. There is a very small tear in the foam at the bottom of the seat as pictured. Lastly for the flaws, there are a couple of seams that have come loose on the seat. You can't see them unless the seat bottom is folded out to take the cover off for washing. You can't see this at all when the seat bottom is folded in place and it doesn't affect the riding in the seat itself. Other than these few cosmetic things it is in great condition.
