They are individually hand-stitched and bound in a linen hardcover and come wrapped in a protective cover sleeve. What kind of paper stock is used and how long will it last?Treasure-Moment Photo Album are digitally printed onto high-quality 200lbs satin paper(made in Japan). The inks used are guaranteed not to fade for 50 years when not exposed to harsh or ultraviolet light for extended periods of time. How can I send you photos? There are several ways to send us your photos. 1) You can email your digital photos to our lead designer at yasukojo@myviplinestyle.com  2) If you need to send us actual photos or CD, please contact us in advance, and we will mail you a pre-paid postage envelope for your to send your photos to us. What can I include in a Photo Album? Photos and/or text.  How long does it take to deliver my photo Album? Normally it takes 5-10 business days for our designer to design and customize your Photo Album, and another 4-6 business days to print.  Delivery Policy Treasure-Moment Photo Album delivers to worldwide.  Cancellation and Replacements Policy Book production begins immediately after submitting the order, therefore cancellations cannot be made or be refunded. Replacements will only be made for books suffering defects due to manufacture, provided that the book is returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
