Not only are the toy loops great  for toys they are also very handy in keeping the pillow off the floor. I don't stop there I also triple stitch all 3 of my toy loops to withhold all that tugging. My toy loops are also completely topped stitched down both sides(not double fold bias tape unfinished) I also use a nice button hole stitch to complete my belt holes (not a zigzag) I finish out my belt edges to prevent raveling when washed:) Batting: Cover is nicely padded COMPLETELY throughout with   a non-shifting, non-allergenic poly batting for a comfy ride. Pockets: Both are LINED with ELASTIC EDGE; Front pocket with a toy loop (can be used or pillow storage, coupons, toys, snacks etc.), one side pocket also with toy loop (plenty of storage for snack, toys, great for drink ect.) even connect pillow or toys to side pocket, very convenient. Pillow: A soft pillow with a toy loop is included, that way            you can easily keep it connected to either pocket to keep it off the floor. You can also put it in the front pocket. The pillow is great for resting or added support for those little ones just starting to sit:) Leg holes: I zigzag around the leg holes and then I sew coordinating bias tape around them this not only adds durability but also enhances the covers appearance. Fit: Elastic band around cover to help keep it in place and easy one hand placement in shopping cart. Safety Belt: Included, attach child to cart by weaving          through the basket wires to secure your child to cart. That          way you don't have to use those germy cart belts. Wash Care: Recommend machine wash gentle, tumble dry low or air dry for optimal wear. Folds for easy carrying or storage use the belt for a          handle.
