It is in nice used condition. Fabric looks good (small tear at the seam under the bottom of baby seat) a few small areas of surface rust but in overall nice condition. It comes with the folding chassis, bassinet, stroller seat frame with security harness, 2 covers (those are shown at the bottom of the stroller) and the instructions. I have it listed as pick up only but if want to make shipping arrangements through the UPS Store I can drop it off where they package it up and arrangements are made with them for payment.
