Condition is fair. Which means, everything is basically intact, Cloth material is still in good condition with no wear and tear. All peices of wood frames are still in great condition with no signs of scratches or any signs of cracks or mold or anything that would look worn down! Only problem is minor would be the ottoman, which is where you rest your legs and feet on. The bottom of that or should I say underneath it is cracked. The wood cracked when my 2 yr old daughter was bouncing on it with her butt and she didn't realize when she sat on it and bounced on it that it would crack the wood that keeps the upper portion in firm upright position. It just needs an adjustment and if you know anyone who can fix it or have a family member that knows how to fix things like this, then this shouldn't be a big problem for you! It is just one crack that is split straight in the middle of the bottom portion of the ottoman. But other than that, its in good condition everywhere else!
