This means that every item ordered is as special and unique as the people or furry friends that receive them. Because each item is individually made,  no two items will be exact in color, and slight variations in the glaze may occur.  All pieces will have tiny "stilt markings" on the bottom as a result of being fired in a high temperature kiln.  All items are made from imported italian bisqueware which is dishwasher and microwave safe. This listing is for a beautiful plate and cup set: The plate is 8 3/4 inches round; the cup is 2 1/2 inches high and 5 1/2 inches wide from handle to handle.  This is shown with a blue border on the plate.  You have your choice of border colors:  Yellow, Sage, Lime, Pink, Purple and Blue.  Personalization includes baby's name and birth date on front and a message from you on the back; the cup includes name only.  Personalization wording on the front can be changed.  Please note:  all personalization is done in lower case only.Each piece is hand painted to order and must be kiln fired.  Shipment is approximately 2 weeks from the date payment is received although artist will try and accommodate any rush orders if possible.  As a rule of thumb, the absolute minimum time before shipping is one week.This plate is available in many designs and are shown in my store.  This design is also available on other pieces to match.Give a unique gift which will be treasured for a lifetime.
