UPS is the preferred shipping method when shipping bigger items, and we almost always use UPS Ground. We have found that the more expensive methods of shipping through UPS are not neccessarily the fastest; most of the time Ground gets there about as fast as 3-Day Select. More expensive items that we sell usually come with insurance included in the shipping charge, and on less expensive items it is always offered as an option. We print our labels and pay for our shipping through PayPal, so there is less chance of a mistake on the address. Also, PayPal will email you the tracking number or the delivery confirmation number automatically. If you lose this number, we keep it in our records and can email it to you personally if needed. We get asked constantly why we do not ship overseas. There are several reasons. Number one is the extra paperwork. Even if you print your own labels automatically through UPS, there is what to us seems an excessive number of customs forms to fill out. If we have to hand-deliver a package to a post office, it is 10 miles away and we do not go to the Post Office everyday. When we did ship packages overseas, 1 in 10 would be lost or damaged. This is not a very good percentage of success. The amazing shipping delays can take so long sometimes for the customer to receive his package, his chance to leave us positive feedback on eBay would have already been expired! Return shipping for a refund would be costly too. Once in a while, we will make an exception on this but we reserve this right to refuse shipping overseas. Feedback: We will leave positive feedback as soon as you have received your item and done the same for us.
