It is from the John Lennon Real Love collection. It opens to hold special baby items that you want to keep as momentos. There are three small boxes and one larger envelope style holder. This box was given as a baby shower gift and I opened it but never used it. I changed my nursery theme so I used a different holder. The box has some signs of use from being stored and moved around the nursery. There are a few scratches on the back and one of the corners is bent a little bit. I tried to show this all in the pictures. I would describe it as new with a few flaws. This stands up nicely like a book and would look great on a dresser.
