This item is brand new, handmade, and machine washable.  These items are made of a soft flannel and are very durable.   This item is two layers of flannel both sides are the same pattern.  The approximate size of this item is 13 inches by 20 inches.  It's the perfect size to catch all those accidents. Sure you could use cloth diapers, but why when you could use something so soft and cute.  They also don't stain like cloth diapers. My older son was a major "spitter upper"  and I don't have any stains on the ones I have.  I only use Dreft detergent.  They can catch a lot of spit up- more than the thin, tiny ones at all the baby stores.   What a perfect gift for the new mom!  They are very useful but also very cute.  This product is from a smoke-free home. These are a practical size the style that is smaller to fit on shoulder won't do much good when your baby is not on your shoulder.  These are much larger and will move with your baby.
