Get a power converter in your country, and use Medela standard US A/C adapter/transformer to operate the breastpump.   Warranty Info: All Medela breastpumps are brand new sealed therefore most do have warranty. I know that Medela does not shipped oversea therefore I am thinking that warranty does not apply for oversea purchases. .  Shipping Timeline: I normally ship the item out on the next business day after the payment is cleared. If I am not able to ship out the item the next 2 business days for some reasons, I will try to notify the buyer as soon as I can..
