After we receive the furniture and inspect it we will issue a refund for the item less all freight charges and a 20% restocking fees. If the furniture you receive is missing any parts please email us and we will send you the parts that are missing for free. Damaged Goods: All our furniture is carefully inspected before leaving our premises. Sometimes damage can occur while in transit. Please inspect all packages at the time of receiving in order to make sure the items are ok. If you see any marks, dents, or tears on the boxes please make a note on the freight bill when you receive it. Remember that once an item leaves our warehouse it is considered yours. Please allow us 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of furniture. All our items are carefully inspected before being shipped to ensure customer satisfaction. Pick up at our premises is also available for a minor warehouse fee (usually between $10 and $20 dollars. It is your responsibility to be present at the time of delivery and make notes for damaged items. Once the item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary tracking information. All our deliveries are outside deliveries only. We do not deliver inside your premises. Inside delivery is available only upon request at an additional cost. Please email us for a quotation if you would like inside delivery.
