I make each cake to order, so not one will ever be the same.  This Noahs ark is just made of all diapers.   But I also make them filled with baby items as well, see my other auction for that one.  After order is placed, please allow 7 - 10 business days for Diaper cake to be made, then mailed.  I mail it priority mail.
