Insurance is included automatically for orders under $100 when using UPS. No insurance = NO claim-regardless! Your choice. Insurance: We make it easy! In the rare case that an insurance claim need to be filed, we handle everything ! We feel our customers should not have to go through all the red tape and long wait for the post office to complete the insurance claim process. As long as your package has paid for insurance, we will issue a full refund first and then handle the insurance claim with the post office. Please note, our freight charges and insurance charges are not the same as UPS or the USPS rates which are posted on their respective sites. Please do not bid on our auctions if you feel you do not want to pay for our posted shipping costs. This excludes weekends, holidays and days the Post Office is closed. Typical delivery via the USPS is from 1-7 days depending on method chosen and includes Saturday delivery. Under normal circumstances you will receive an email when your order ships with your tracking number. Occasionally shipments are processed manually and will not include a tracking number.
