These are exactly the same ear muff!     Peltor Junior Ear muffs, Peltor Kid Ear muffs and Peltor Select Ear muffs are all the same as each other, they are all the same size and shape, they all have the same features, all have an NRR rating of 22. Are these suitable for a newborn baby? There are no ear muffs created with a newborn baby in mind. However, the Peltor Junior ear muffs, Peltor Kid ear muffs, and Peltor Select ear muffs are recommended as a safe option for a newborn or young baby. The ear cups are slim and lightweight and the adjustable headband is padded. The softly cushioned ear cups are filled with liquid foam that insures an even protective seal. We recommend these for 6 months and up but they will easily fit a lot of younger babies too.  May not fit all babies as head shapes and sizes vary. How will i know if they are fitted correctly? Make sure the childs ear is enclosed inside the space in the ear cup and that the cushions seal fully against the head around the full perimeter of the childs ear.
