It comes with a burp cloth made with patchwork fabric on the front and pink line minkey on the back. The bib is made with the patchwork fabric on the front and the pink line minkey on the back. The onsie has a little heart made from the patchwork fabric fused on the front, with the button hole stich in white thread, in size 0 to 3 months.
