The sizes are as follows: Size 1- 0-6 months Size 2 6-12 months Size 3 12-18 months Size 4 18-24 months PLEASE NOTE- Because these are diaper covers they run a little large.  I made a size 4 for my son (who is 4 1/2 and they fit perfectly- without a diaper of course).  I can pretty much put any small graphic on it, such as baseball, football, surfboard, beach pail, peace sign,  etc. EMAIL ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS or REQUESTS for a specific design.  I can email you the design - I only use the highest quality embroidery thread which will not run or fade with washing.
