The colors are vibrant.   This animal theme pattern is discontinued by Pottery Barn - so now is the time to buy this pattern. The primary background color is blue, along the sides is different shades/tones of greens. Other colors in the rug are yellow, brown, beige, red.   The animals include:  lions, tigers, giraffe, zebra, elephant. The product tags are still intact on the back of the rug.
