There are no cracks or damage of any kind. This wipes warmer does work properly, cord is included.  I am including the moisture pad. All you have to do is put it in some water and let the water soak it up and it is ready. The moisture pad is disposable and you are able to purchase it at stores like Babies-R-Us.
