This cover has a MOMMY POCKET on the left hand side flap that zips closed.  It is about 19" L x 7.5" W.  It is large enough to stick a diaper and some wipes, or a wallet and keys.  It's really up to what you need to take in the store with you!!!  The right hand side flap is also shown in the 2nd photo.  This is my unique design , and it includes seat belt slots, 1 elasticized side pocket (will fit a bottle or sippy cup), 1 toy straps, and my original side flaps.  The side flaps make sure *ON ANY SIZE CART* that the sides of the cart are completely covered! **********************************************************************  THIS ITEM IS A "COVER"- YOU STILL NEED TO SECURE BABY WITH THE CART BELTS IF NEEDED.
