Cover has a layer of batting in the center seat area.  Two toy loops to hold pacifier, toys etc. Snack pocket in front Belt holes for shopping cart safety belt. Leg holes are double stitched and covered with wide bias tape. Covers like these sell at boutiques for $40.00 and up. Being a working mom with a full time job outside the home, it takes me a bit longer to get the covers made and shipped, usually about four weeks.  But I assure you it is worth the wait!!
