THIS ONE IS BRAND NEW AND HAND MADE WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!   This cover is handmade, completely machine washable and can be thrown in the dryer.  Fits all types of shopping carts as well as park swings and high chairs.  Front is a sparkly princess crowns print fabric.  Back is a coordinating pink fabric.  Pocket is of pink fabric, toy loops and leg hole binding is wide bias tape. Cover has a double layer of batting approximately 20 square inches in the center seat area.  Two toy loops to hold pacifier, toys etc. Snack pocket in front Belt holes for shopping cart safety belt. Leg holes are double stitched and covered with wide white bias tape. Covers like these sell at boutiques for $40.00 and up.
