It is unused but the box is no longer here. The album measures approx. 11 1/2" x 9 3/4" and is a three-ring binder type album. The record book/album has never been used and is in NEAR MINT condition. The only flaw is a small line of age-related toning on the back cover. The front cover of the album says "A TALE OF BABY'S DAYS" and has Beatrix Potter Characters on the cover and each page.
