In working or display condition.       I used this stroller/carriage with my 4 year old to take walks with. It turned heads when we were out walking. It has one step foot release to fold with ease. Needs repairs on the rubber on wheels but it doesn't stop it from rolling great. It pushes easy. Toddlers love to ride in it. I bought it from a local antique store for my new baby. I hate to see it go, I love it so much but currently have no room for it. So i can not accept it to be returned and the sale is final with stroller in condition as is.
