It is clean and in working condition. The adjuster knob on the top works to keep the scale accurate too. This has some rust as you can see, mostly on the bottom piece from years of storage I'm sure. This is an adorable baby scale or nursery scale, and would be a great gift for a new mom that loves antiques!! This would be great decor for the new baby boy's room.
