If at anytime anyone would like to purchase the bedding separately and the complete set including the scales has not sold then this would be possible. These bedding sets also fit a standard doll crib and can be used there instead of on the vintage scales...... I have always loved these sweet vintage baby scales, they look so lovely in a cottage home and I have displayed them in many rooms in the house, even when there are no babies present. They are perfect for a display of vintage dolls or teddies and look beautiful...... That being said what could be nicer than a vintage themed baby nursery, I love the soft romantic charm that these old scales have. This one dates from about the 1940's or so and is a lovely pale soft green. The lovely bedding has pale pink cameo roses and soft green leaves in the print and is the perfect compliment to the scales...... The set consists of a vintage wicker baby scales with a sweet display on the front. The front graphics are very clear and bright which is not always the case with these vintage scales. The bedding is a pretty floral tufted mattress with pale pink ribbon bows, a separate mattress cover, a decorative top sheet, sweet pink chenille blanket, pillow, pillowcase and a spectacular heirloom quilt with a barkcloth center to finish of the ensemble. This has all been lavishly trimmed out with beautiful Cluny lace, machine embroidery and pretty ruffles. The entire ensemble consists of eight separate pieces and each piece has been made to be passed down through the generations. The dimensions of the scales are 13" x 27", there are some rust spots on the scale base but it in no way detracts from it's vintage charm......
