I sell my products on ebay.     This auction is for 2 sets of pads.  One set is 4-layers--great for heavy let-down and those first few months when your supply is still getting established and regulated.  The other is 3-layers--a trimmer fit, but still absorbant.  5" in diameter--contoured for a comfortable slim fit. Made from 100% wool--to absorb, wick, and protect breasts and nipples. I've been searching for the perfect breast pad and started trying wool--they are incredible.  I love to sew and have created a smooth-fitting contoured pad.  These are super easy to care for and will last for MANY years of nursing.  You will no longer have to buy disposables that didn't work anyway.  The wool will outperform cotton hands-down!  Wool also naturally contains lanolin which soothes and protects your nipples.  You will be SO pleased with this purchase!    These nursing pads are the ultimate. I have six children and have nursed all of them--I have had mastitis, cracked nipples, and thrush (yeast infections). When you consider that I have been breast feeding for over 10 years of my life, I guess its inevitable. Well, not anymore. These nursing pads are the best value, quality, and performance of any nursing pads! I have tried almost all the options and these are incredible. The wool wicks the moisture away from the breast, keeping the nipples dry. This prevents infections. Also, the warmth from the pad is said to help in preventing mastitis, as it maintains temperature. Perfect for day and night use--these absorb and still feel dry! I know it all sounds too good to be true--but they really do work.  You can also go several days without washing them.  There will be no odors.  Most hand wash wool products--to tell you the truth, I've put mine in the wash and had no problems.  One thing, wool does not do well with extreme temperatures, so do not do hot wash with a cold rinse--I usually do warm and put them in with the rest of my clothes.  Also, I contoured these pads using the mannequin--after washing, yours will seem flat, but will quickly contour to your breast after wearing them for a while!  This is a "stock" photo.  Your nursing pads may not be exactly like the ones shown--the inner pad may be a lighter color.  Thanks.   Wool is truly wonderful. It's qualities are unmatched. Wool consists of a series of overlapping scales which have a tendency to repel water droplets. This structure, in combination with a thin coating of lanolin (an oil secreted from the sheep's skin) causes water to run off the fibers. Wool is also "breathable", maintaining the temperature of the baby's skin--this prevents diaper rash. All the wool that I used has been "felted"--the wool is boiled and the fibers become entangled and they form a lofty mesh with many tiny air pockets. Wool can also absorb moisture--up to 30%-40% by weight of the fiber. So wool is able to both absorb and transmit moisture simultaneously. This is a very remarkable feat. There is no artificial fiber that can do this.
